Festus Arthur has been voted as your supporter’s Player of the Month for September 2019 after a superb breakthrough month in the first-team.
In what was a difficult month for County, Festus was a positive for the Hatters with some commanding and confident performances.
He made his first start for the club playing in midfield in the 2-1 win over Fylde that kick-started September, putting in a superb performance in the absense of Paul Turnbull, and has grown from there.
