Connor talked about the different atmosphere in the dressing room compared to after Saturday’s defeat to Weymouth, and said it was a great reaction to that disappointing defeat.
The 29-year-old spoke about his role out wide on the left in this game, but reiterated he was happy to play anywhere as long as the team continues to win games.
Despite being frustrated at not finding the net, after having another goal ruled out for offside in the first half, the midfielder is confident that the goals will come as long as he keeps working hard.
Looking forward to the game against Rochdale at the weekend, Connor was excited about the challenge of facing the League One side, believing that anything can happen in the FA Cup, especially if the team play like they did in this game.
